I recently got invited by a Home baker Vandana Jain who make these amazing Cakes, Snacks and lots more. Their brand goes by name – Cake Sapphire and they’re based in West Delhi delivering their hand made eggless delicacies to entire Delhi area since 2013. From Desi version of Snickers to Customized Cakes, she can give life to any dessert with her expertise. I’ll link the Instagram link in the end so that you can have a brief look. Talking about their products, can’t wait to share my experience with you all.
First thing first, let’s start with Muesli. It consists of Oats, wheat flakes, corn flakes, walnuts, almonds, anjeer, raisins, flax seeds, sunflower seeds & some dehydrated mix fruits. Perfect companion for your boring milk. I must say, I’m not a Huge fan of Milk these days but somehow their products changed my perspective on that too. I started liking the flavor and the feel of my first meal of day. Ingredients are healthy and rich with nutrients. Great energy source to kickstart a gloomy morning. Most importantly, they were crunchy throughout the end. Don’t know about you guys, but that matters a lot to me.
Coming to desserts, let’s start with their Choco Snickers Fudgy Bars. This latest addition of Cake Sapphire tastes almost like Snickers. You can feel chocolate, peanut butter and nuts in every bite. It was so smooth and after taste was just lovely. Even the price was somewhat similar. Bit higher from the one you get in local market but freshly prepared without any preservatives. Can you imagine that? My mind went nuts after having those bars.
I also tried one Mawa Cake from Cake Sapphire. It was basically a Dry Cake but flavor was so damn good. Even my parents loved it.
Not only Desserts, they’re good with snack items as well. Like one of their product got these dried fruits which consists cranberries, plum, apple, pineapple, etc tossed up with punchy masala which can easily woo your taste buds. Even the name describe itself – Fruity Punch.
As we all know, Navratri food items are very high on consumption these days. Tried their hand made Pudina Flavored Fox Nuts (Taal Makhana) which were bit spicy but I kinda liked it. I always liked eating Fox Nuts during Navratri. Not because I keep follow these rituals but I just love eating Fox Nuts from bowls of other people who follow fasting rituals (i.e. vrat). Feeling is just next level.
Along with all this, they make Barbecue flavored nuts as well which can be a perfect healthy snack companion for your evening. They make Protein powders as well. Haven’t tried them but will surely give it a try in near future.
